We bought this freezer to replace one that had outlived it's efficiency. This one is really quiet and nice. The only thing I would change is that I would add one more shelf for storage in the main freezer. There's plenty of room for it.

I bought this freezer or October 29 and it was delivered on time November 5. It is an excellent freezer and very spacious and works right out of the box. The delivery men were excellent!!! By the way, the price was much better that Home Depot and Best Buy.

I bought this about a month or so ago. It was a good decision. The freezer in my refrigerater was always so packed, that when you opened the door things fell out. With the freezer I don't worry about it. It is plenty big enough, and works very well. Couldn't be happier with purchase.

My last freezer was not frost free so I love this freezer's features. It has a fast freeze feature and then a normal freeze that keeps everything perfect. I like the size and layout of the freezer.

The door does not lock. They push the warranty too much. It should have a 3 year warranty built in instead of having to pay extra.

I bought bens to put my things in so I can label and just pull out the ben I need. I love that I can open the door and see everything.

After a fortunate conversation with a customer service rep for that company we realized the 24/7 noise it made would be a deal breaker for us.
